On average, it takes up to 24 hours, and it may take longer on weekends and holidays. In very rare cases, if there is an issue with payment providers, the processing time may be extended.

You can cancel the withdrawal if it has not been processed yet. If you see the 'Cancel' button in the withdrawal request on the withdrawal page, you can cancel it, and the funds will instantly be returned to your balance.

In cases where the compliance team or the payment service provider has canceled the payment, check the cancellation description on the 'History' page of the balance. This situation may occur if you entered the recipient's details or payment card information incorrectly.

In accordance with the licensee's rules and our anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism policies, funds can only be withdrawn to your own e-wallets or bank cards.
